"Mandarin"

Deriving its name from the colorful clothing worn by the ancient Mandarin Chinese, this small (averaging 12cm) and elusive fish skirts and flitters the coral reefs around continental islands and adjacent offshore barrier reefs in both the Indian Ocean and Pacific waters.
