The dolls were goin' on road trips ~ workshops to see, artists to commune with and transformations to emerge through.
They needed a voice; the Travel Logs became a means of communicating their daunting experiences.
The Formationeers, too, had moments to share and procedural information to pass along.

Package to be sent out Aug. 1, 2005 for 4rd rotation.

I received the large package from Leeann Honeyman Nay on the 6th of July and after opening it found a tree and other miscellaneous objects, which I could not figure out what to do with them.

Unfortunately Leeann's tree was in pretty bad shape with pieces broke off and I elected not to repair it as it was breaking as I was handling it and I also elected not to take pictures of it for the same reason. Leeann asked me to take the pictures for her since she did not take pictures of her artistic efforts. This may seem harsh to all the rest of you. However, I feel each of us should do our own work.
At any rate inside this huge box was a box about 5 x 5 x 2 inches and inside was the original doll that Jeanette Landerwitch had created. Approximately 7 inches tall and very detailed, this little gentleman is delightful.

I pondered over what to do with this doll for almost 20 hours and then decided he was just as perfect as he was and that anything else would, in my personal opinion, perhaps ruin him.

Here he stands, stalwart, tall and quite uniquely lovely. A true piece of art in the genre of early, early cave man art that might have been made for some child since it would fit perfectly in the palm of a child's hand giving the child hours of delight.

Yes, to me Grandpa Joe is something that might be unearthed in an archeological dig. With that in mind, it dawned on me that should that be true; the little guy must have had a lot of heart to survive those years. So the only thing I could think to add to this beautiful little doll was a great big heart and I really hated to do that!

"Tread the Earth Lightly", and in the meantime… may your day be filled with… Peace, Light and Love
